ELSA is an acronym conceived by Stephen Batchelor for the Four Tasks of Siddhartha Gotama, the Buddha. ELSA is, essentially, the Buddha-dharma. This dharma is the first of four approaches to mindfulness that, integrated, make Original Mindfulness. Below is an infographic outlining the key terms of ELSA as I understand it.
